The process of litigating, mediating and trying a case has evolved over the years to involve interactive tools such as digital presentations. Our technicians have been there through the evolution and are trained in the latest software to enhance your method of presenting evidence. Excelerate Trial Support is established as a well respected and trusted name in the industry for skills in consulting and preparing courtroom presentations.
Our experience as led us to work on cases defending as little as a few thousand dollars to recovering over a half a billion dollars in damages. We know what it takes to get it done no matter what type of case you have to try.
The courtroom is where you have the opportunity to tell your story. You have one opportunity at this and we understand that perfection is everything. We strive to not only meet the industry standards in trial presentation... we set the standard! By using tools like OnCue and Trial Director or PowerPoint, to name a few, we are able to digitize and organize all of your file materials (transcripts, documents, photos, films and videos) into a simple presentation database. There's no need to fumble through documents in front of the jury. Simply, call out the document and within seconds, anything can be on the screen for all to see.
OnCue and Trial Director are the industry leaders in courtroom presentation software and we are experts at all. Call us today, we'd love to come by and demonstrate our work to you. We'll even bring you lunch!
Editing video depositions is the most common type of editing we encounter. If you're planning to play a video deposition either in trial, mediation, seminar or training, chances are you are not going to be playing the deposition in its entirety. This is where we come in.
We have been producing quality cuts to depositions for years. Whether you plan on playing the edits from a digital file or adding them to a PowerPoint presentation, we are familiar with the formats required for any legal setting. Let us worry about the quality and format, all you have to do is provide us the page and lines. In most cases, we will have your project completed by the next day!
At times you may need special editing such as: surveillance videos, day in the life videos, CCTV, movies, promotional videos, etc. Although these types of videos are less frequent in the legal field, we have had experience with all of them. These types of videos will need a little more direction from our clients, but the end product is always something to be proud of.
From editing a favorite scene out of a Hollywood movie to use in a seminar or editing a minute out of surveillance footage, we'd love to help you on your next video project.
Since mediations and opening or closing statements are more scripted than trial, we recommend PowerPoint. We have extensive experience putting together compelling slides for our clients. Whether you plan on a presentation that's just a few well built key slides or you prefer many slides detailing you case for the mediator, we've done it and would love to do it again.
We understand that digital presentations may not be for every case. Sometimes you just need foam board exhibits. We do that too! Call us to enlarge those hot docs and in most cases, we can get it back to you the same day mounted and ready for trial.

"I have worked with Aaron Easton for almost ten years. During this time, Aaron has been an integral part of my trial team. Aaron handles all aspects of our computer trial presentation from loading and displaying exhibits to editing and playing video deposition excerpts. There are a lot of things an attorney has to worry about during the course of a trial. It is nice to know that I don't have to worry about any of the technical aspects of our trial presentation with Aaron on the team".
"I have worked with Aaron on many cases both for trial support and mediation presentations. His computer skills are masterful and he sticks with me until the job is done, regardless of the time. Aaron understands the demands and stress of trial and has a unique gift of staying calm and professional even with unexpected changes in witness and evidentiary presentations. There are many IT resources available in the city, but for me none more capable and reliable than Aaron."
"We got [Aaron] involved on pretty short notice and he really jumped in with both feet. He had all of our exhibits and demonstratives on a laptop that we displayed on a screen for the jury. He was very fast about throwing up new exhibits, enlarging and highlighting parts of documents, playing video clips from depos, etc. Basically, he handled all of the AV / technical stuff so that we wouldn't have to. I was greatly impressed with Aaron's ability and he was a very nice and accommodating guy to work with."

When quality courtroom presentations is a must, Excelerate Trial Support is here to raise the bar. Aaron Easton, the founder of Excelerate Trial Support,
has established a well respected and trusted name in the industry for his skills in consulting and preparing courtroom presentations. Aaron got his start at the break of the industry, creating courtroom presentations since 2000. He led the presentation division of one of San Antonio's most successful Litigation Support firms until it was time to take what he had learned and established a Trial Support company dedicated to service built on a solid reputation. The vision was simple...build a trial support company that focuses solelyon presentations in and outside of the courtroom. "Focus on what you know well and you will succeed." The result was the birth of Excelerate Trial Support.
